ClipMP3 is offered as-is for personal, offline use. You are responsible for the links you submit and for how you use the files you download, including whether you have the right to copy that audio.
Public links only
Only public YouTube links are accepted (youtube.com and youtu.be, including Shorts). We do not bypass logins, paywalls, private videos, unlisted videos, or memberships.
Limits
Quality and length follow the source. Videos longer than 90 minutes are not converted. A convert job stops after 10 minutes. If the converter is busy, wait a minute and try again. We do not promise a bitrate, a success rate, or that every public video will work.
No affiliation
ClipMP3 is not affiliated with YouTube or Google. Their terms govern those services, not this one.
Changes
We may refuse a request, change these limits, or stop the service. The page date above is when this text was last updated.
